Turahalli Forest
Date: 6 June 2015 Total distance: 50 Kilometers Start Time: 5:45 am Return Time: 9:15 am With: Sushanth, Manav, Amar, Abhishek and Prabhu Altitude Profile: Got a call from Sushanth that he was going trail biking to Turahalli Forest near Banashankari along with an office colleague and enquired if I wanted to join? Had never been trail biking so readily agreed. I was told to meet up with Sushanth at Udupi Gardens, BTM layout. Left home at 5:45 am and reached BTM Layout at 6:00 am. By the time everyone assembled it was around 6:30 am and we then proceeded towards Turahalli forest. Reached the place around 7:30 am and started along the trail. Even though it is called forest, it is more of a nature trail which is used for nature walks, trail biking and bird watching. It is a beautiful location with the eucalyptus trees being lined up to form a nice trail.
