I had been thinking of doing Coorg, Chennai or Goa. I wanted to set the marker to test my physical ability. Had a few close calls with respect to doing either Hampi or Belgaum in the earlier weeks but the dates did not work out since friends were busy. The trip was originally planned to be done in February last week, but due to the confusion over Hampi and Belgaum, it was postponed. Finally, in March 1 st week, I was done waiting and decided that I would leave on Thursday, 5 March 2015. I had to decide on the location. Had already been to Coorg and Chennai, so decided that I would cycle to Goa. Read up on the internet about people who have already done the ride.
